Edward Lee Moore

Sargent Edward Lee Moore, USMC, age 76, late of Lansing, Illinois formerly of Chicago. Cherished husband of Sheila for 36 years; son of the late Marie Percy Moore and Archie Walker; beloved brother of Diane, John and Ronnie Moore and Gregory Shellie; loving father of Brandy Gales (Steven) and Leon Moore, fond Godfather of Karen Kerr (Norman) and Annetha Jones; uncle of many and friend to countless. 

Ed accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. His faith sustained him in the final chapter of his life, especially during his illness. In keeping with his wishes, a private cremation took place. A Celebration of Life will take place at a future date and time. Inurnment will follow at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.
