Frank S Kowalczyk, Jr.

Frank Kowalczyk, Jr., 89, of Orland Park, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17^th, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on February 16, 1933 in Chicago to the late Frank, Sr. and Alice Kowalczyk. He is survived by his beloved children, Mark (Debbie) Kowalczyk of Texas, Ken (Luci) Kowalczyk of Texas, Darlene (Bruce) Kijewski of Orland Park, and Ron (Janet) Kowalczyk of Arizona; Cherished grandfather of Katelyn, Ashley, Megan, Amanda, Matthew and Alyssa and Great-grandfather of Jenevieve, Hallie, Ella, and Drew. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sylvia “Kowal” Kowalczyk. Frank was a Marine Corps. Veteran, a Medinah Shriner and a proud member of the Masons. He retired as a superintendent at Santa Fe Railroad in 1990. A private interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
