James "Jim" Sanders

James “Jim” K. Sanders, 62, of Mokena, formerly of Crown Point, IN, passed away Friday, July 2^nd following a brief illness.  He is the beloved husband of 21 years to Marleen (nee Bennett); Loving stepfather of Eric Strange; Cherished grandfather of Jason Strange; Dear brother of John (Debbie) Sanders and Jackie (John) Telling; Fond uncle of Kim Salbany, Katie Sanders, and Charles Sanders; Devoted son of the late Jack and Nellie Sanders. Jim is a 20-year employee of Crown Lift Trucks. He loved animals, playing classic card games and woodworking. In keeping with his wishes, private cremation rites have been accorded. The family is planning a Celebration of Life get together at his home on Saturday, July 10^th.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the South Suburban Humane Society, 1103 West End Ave., Chicago Heights, IL 60411 would be appreciated.
