Sandra "Sandi" Lynn Krol

Sandi L. Krol, (nee Chesney), 64, of Tinley Park, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 19^th at Ingalls - University of Chicago Hospital in Harvey, IL. Beloved wife of nearly 40 years to Kerry Krol; Devoted mother of Nick (Colleen) Krol, Kristi (Jon) Filipiak, and Kevin Krol; Cherished grandmother of Ryder Krol, Reid Krol, Mason Filipiak, Jaxson Filipiak, and Rhett Krol; Dear sister of Sharon (Neal) Nichols and Linda (Greg) Friesser. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Lorraine Chesney. Sandi was a well-known and loved Registered Nurse at Ingalls Hospital in Harvey for 40 years. When she was not busy dedicating her life to helping others, she found the most joy in spending time with her grandsons. One of Sandi's favorite past-times was pulling pranks on everyone at the family farm in Michigan. In keeping with her wishes, all services will be private.
